So when trying to install the yellow pin wire out of the smaller cd changer plug (10 way) has popped out and I don't know what pin hole it is from?

I bought this for my son in law who lives in South Africa when I took it over he installed it no problem. He was overjoyed with it, works perfect,y very happy.

After installation when i select cd, my radio gives “no discs” message and won’t play music.

Put the plug in the other same shaped hole and should start working fine

Does this work with the e36 bmw professional (cd43)?
