Can the footrest be moved to a different height during assembly? I'm concerned it might be too high from the seat at the lowest seat height

I gave it to a friend who has a hard time standing up. Now that she has it she can cook again. My friend is 5'7" and it works perfect for her. She put it together so I don't know if the foot stand is adjustable.
