Nalgene Easy Sipper - Designed specifically for your NALGENE 32 Oz wide mouth bottle

Fitness perfectly on my nalgene bottle. No complaints.

These should come with the 32oz Nalgenes by default, easily cleanable and pop in/out with minimal effort but stay in place as needed!

These do help minimize the unexpected splashing on my face when drinking, messy pouring to a cup, etc. I bought three for three wide mouth bottles I bought a few months ago. These are a handy, quick fix but seem quickly rushed out to address complains. I’m happy to have them, as are my face and furniture, but I hope a less temperamental improvement comes about. These don’t fit multiple bottles the same. One falls into the bottle when lid screwed on, another sits properly when I tighten the lid verrrry slowly, the third just sits properly. But I’m ok (no sarcasm) paying $4 for a few cents of plastic pressed en masse by the thousands because they do make my life easier. The color choices are stupid, I’ll buy the cheapest color.

This product works like it should (it keeps me from needing to wear a bib every time I take a drink lol). The only negative is that if pressed to firmly in place, it will slip into the bottle. So be gentle and it will work just fine.

I super love this Easy Sipper. I have a tendancy to just throw my bottle back and splash myself, lol, so this has saved me more than a few times already. It's easy to install, to take out and to clean. It feels secure once you put it in, I just kind of slide it until it feels a bit tight - unlike others, I haven't pushed it so far that it pops into my water bottle - it's pretty easy not to. It has a beveled edge around it, so you don't even notice it's there when drinking. It doesn't move around once you've got it in place, doesn't interfere with the lid at all. There are no finicky parts here for mold to grow in, as it's just one piece, which appeals to me because I hate taking apart 20 pieces of a water bottle lid just to clean it properly. To get it out, I honestly just stick my finger in the hole and pull, maybe that's wrong, I'm not sure. I will say too, I can easily refill my water bottle from my brita without removing it. It feels very solid and well-made, plus, it's BPA free! I think it was true to color too, so color-matching to my bottle was easy. Anyway, for something so cheap this was a perfect addition to my Nalgene and has made it my favorite at home/cold weather water bottle.

Top five things of note: [1] THESE STAY CLEANER, LONGER -- These are very smooth plastic material rather than the rougher and more porous texture of silicone, so there's less "attachment surface" for scunge and growth of things like mildew and algae -- which are very possible / likely when using wide-mouth Nalgenes outside of refrigeration or colder temperatures all-day. (vs. the silicone ones will "grow things" which will require both physical scrubbing AND chemical treatment like a soak in vinegar or hydrogen peroxide to mitigate / remove / kill). [2] SMALL TAB / RIDGE MAKES EASY AND CLEAN INSTALL FOR USE AND REMOVAL FOR REFILL -- No need to stick your finger or a tool into the openings to remove these -- which can introduce whatever is on your finger / tool at the time into what ought to be your clean drinking supply (yuck!). Simply grab / grip the little flange and place / remove! Could use a Leatherman (tm) or first aid tweezers or forceps if a tool is better option (dexterity in cold weather, gloves, hands covered with yuck, etc.) [3] PERFECT FIT FOR WIDE-MOUTH NALGENE -- So perfect, I wasn't sure whether it would just fall in with use or a bit of pressure! So far, so good; clearly, I was used to the "it almost fits ... and DANG now it's * in * the Nalgene" experience with silicone in the past. I'm still getting used to it, tbh. [4] TOP SHELF OF DISHWASHER AND IT GETS CLEAN -- Again, I think it's the rigidity of this plastic that helps it get cleaner and stay cleaner -- results are very similar to plastic food container lids, where you may have some random particulate (errant food particles or crumbs of powdered dish detergent) which either brushes off or you can rinse / towel it off before use. [5] NO DISHWASHER SOAP RESIDUE / DISCOLORATION -- Another "vs those silicone ones I have" observation, where I notice that the silicone tends to accumulate / adhere to the more eco-friendly brands of powdered dishwasher detergent -- a kind of cloudy almost hard-water buildup that doesn't come off readily (or at all). Mostly a cosmetic thing, but/and certainly a nice outcome when I'm using these at home vs. on the trail / river.

I love this thing. I originally bought it for my 32oz bottle, but started using it in my larger nalgene bottles. It fits great in my 32oz bottle, but anything larger and you have to be careful not to push it down too far or it falls in the bottle. Nice and easy to clean, seals the water in good so I don't splash it when I take a drink.

Fit my bottle like a glove and makes it so much easier to drink water and keep moving! It's a snug fit but ie easy to remove for cleaning.

J'en ai acheté 2. s'adapte parfaitement. Idéal pour mes enfants, plus de débordement.

Fits the bottle perfectly, doesn't fall in, does what I hoped it would do.

C'est franchement simple comme objet mais ça fonctionne super bien ! Je regrette par contre le prix que je trouve un peu trop élevé pour un objet comme celui ci. Il va parfaitement avec ma Nalgene de 1L.

Happy with the purchase, even though at first, we did not think it would fit.
