AllPondSolutions Pressurised Koi Fish Pond Filter Complete Kit with Pond Pump and UV Steriliser Light All in one - Ponds Up to 3000 litres - PFC-3000-KIT

I bought the All Pond Solutions PFC-3000 for my small pond with just 2 fish in it. The all in one filter, already installed, would never keep it clean. I bought this one based on the product reviews by other buyers. The installation went well. The flexible hose supplied was difficult to fit onto the hosetails but dipping the hose in some hot water made the job a lot easier. After just one day I could see a difference in the water clarity and on the second day I could see to the bottom of the pond. I've also noticed a reduction in the algae. On day 3 the water returning to the pond had slowed down slightly so I did a filter clean with the crank handle as per instructions. Nice and easy and the water flow was restored. Very happy with my purchase, the supplier answered a couple of questions I had promptly. The only criticism I have is the filter doesn't come with any bio medium though some can be added.

after reading the review I decided to buy one, got to say I was impressed as after 3 days i could start to see the difference and after 7 days my pond turned Chrystal clear, works really well and not much noise, easy to clean the only minus with this product was the installation, the pump comes without any electric plugs so had to go and buy 2 plugs before be able to make it work, also one thing I found really annoying was the connection pipe, too big for the attachment it took me a while before managing to stop any licking, but overall once sorted this pump work in the same way a more expensive pump work.

This is ideal for my pond. Contains all bits required. The best part was the service after i contacted them regarding the uv light didnt work. The communication was excellent. A new part was sent out really quickly and that works fine. Highly recommend

Product delivered faulty, uv does not work. Despite multiple images and communication sent to seller, over a week on, I am still being asked to open the unit, press hidden buttons to test if uv light works, whilst warning not to look at the uv. Dreadful experience so far, issue still not being resolved. Id much rather return the whole product at this stage.

Had this filter less than 2 months . Was great and water really clear and was easy to set up. But UV bulb failed and when trying to get the top off to change one of the screws would not come out. Got in touch with their customer service what a joke they are. Wanted a video of the faulty part?? Sent photo to which they have insinuated that I have obviously done this. I am more than capable of removing a screw as proven with the other 2 removed easily. I was told to drill it out which I did and have changed the bulb but now have a hole a screw won't go into and it's therefore not waterproof. Have asked for replacement cap for the top but they are now wanting another video of the fault 🤷. I am happy to pay for the part as just want it resolved now. Absolutely appalling customer service. Will never buy an Allponds item again .

This set up is brilliant can't say about longevity but it is working like a dream now.

Un bon produit , corresponds bien à mes attentes, filtre bien mon bassin. Il faut bien penser les nettoyer régulièrement pour un bon entretien. à par ça rien à signaler . PARFAIT
