This is a prime example of you get what you pay for. I purchased a less expensive control module and was very disappointed that it did not work. I bit the bullet and purchased this item, and it worked as advertised, better that the OEM. The back lights are very bright. Control knobs are easy to turn and feel each position's click. I definitely recommend this module!!

Works like OEM! No problems with installation or function. Great value for the price. Exactly what I needed! Compatible with my Dodge model and solved my heating/cooling problems. Easy install, great performance! This climate control module is a direct replacement and works flawlessly. Saved me a ton of money! Replaced the faulty module myself with this Dorman part and it's working perfectly.

After wasting time on with an alternative, I ordered this Dorman product. It arrived on schedule, was very well packaged and included instructions for installation and calibration. It's only day one, but I followed the included instructions and the unit calibrated as indicated and works as advertised on my 2003 Dodge Ram Pickup. I'm very pleased. The Dorman product works!!

Read the reviews! I bought this 2 months ago (in Feb) and it resolved my issue where the 2nd and 3rd settings weren't working on my OEM part (Common issue on 3rd Gen Dodge Rams). The problem is that enabling the AC button causes the vents on the air box to malfunction. It takes a little bit, but the vents slowly close until no air is coming out anywhere. Turning off the AC button, waiting for them to open, then turning it back on resolves the issue for a little bit but should never be a thing in the first place. I contacted Dorman but because it's outside the 2 month return window and was "used" from Amazon, they won't replace it. I guarantee it was returned for the exact same issue and they still sold it again.

Product looks exactly like OEM product. Works exactly the same. I tried 3 other products before getting this one. Save your time and money and get this as a replacement.

Works great! Better than oem because the lights are integrated into the unit instead of having to replace bulbs

The fan speed select dial only works in three out of four positions. By the time I realized it was too late to return the part as I didn’t install it right away. Poor decision on my part to wait to install.

Works as is should so far a great product used on my 2005 dodge ram 2500.
