Delicious and works
Like eating a candy a day, these tasted great and I did see improvement in my skin and hair after nearing the end of the bottle. As with most things, I expected the need of patience to see results but luckily I was not disappointed. I am struggling with some hormonal imbalances and as a result my skin and hair have taken a hit. These biotin gummies have helped improve the appearance in my skin, less breakouts, not so dull, less flake. My hair had begun to thin out and I deal with oily roots and dry ends. Unfortunately, this did not help out with the oily scalp but I have noticed more hair growth. It did take almost finishing the bottle in order to see these results but I am happy I have reached a level of improvement in the areas I was concerned about. Will be purchasing again.

Great taste
These taste great, so they're super easy to remember to take :) I've been taking them for about a month, and can see a big difference in the strength of my nails. I don't think it's been long enough to see the effect on my hair, but so far I'm happy with these!
