Is this machine washable?

Hello, yes this item is machine washable.

Is this a real gator? Last time i ordered a pair like this they ate my pand

They only turn into real gators if you order a pair

Does it have a loop for hanging , if so how long is it?

It does and is about 1 1/2 - 2" long, not very long.

How wide and long are these, plus how long is the thumb pocket? I have an ancient pair that look similar but are smaller than most oven mitts.

Okay, I got out the ruler. 11 inches long, 6 1/4 inch is the widest part and that's at the opening. The snout is 3 inches. The thumb pocket is somewhere around 3 inches. It's a very functional oven mitt with plenty of room for hand & thumb. And it's totally cool looking!

Funny and useful!

I live in Florida and needed a gift to send for someone in Germany. I was looking for something that really said "Florida" but wasn't just a touristy thing and was something useful and found this! How perfect is this?!

Give him a forever home.

Al E. Gator is a part of our family. Albert Edward Gator, JR. He actually helps our kid get ready for school. We gave him a southern accent and he's "from the swap."

Fun but smells funnier

My kid is obsessed with crocodiles and alligators. Loves to cook and is so happy to help me using this. However… it will need a good run through the wash, as it smells like a musty church basement.

Cute and effective

Looks super cute/fierce and so far it has worked well to protect hands from heat. No complaints. I would happily buy it again.
