This shelf is amazing. It's awesome for temporary spaces as it doesn't damage the walls, and it holds quite a bit of weight (I have a few books up on mine right now). Make sure you don't overload it; mine did come crashing down once. If you respect the weight limit you shouldn't have any problems, though. It's also nice that they provide two sets of sticky backings so you can move the shelf once. I have received many compliments for this beautiful shelf, and it has been quite functional for me.
