Suggested Use ------------- Recipe Rejuvenation Soup Instructions: (Makes 6 Servings) Recipe Ingredients: 1. Heat 1 ½ Tbsp sesame oil in a large pot over med heat. * ½ package of SeaMama Seaweed 2. Lightly saute mushrooms (or meat) * 1 ½ Tbsp sesame oil 3. Add 1 tsp ea. garlic & soy sauce * 4-6 shiitake mushrooms (sliced) (or small cuts of beef/chicken) 4. Add 2 qts water & bring to a boil * 1-2 tsp garlic (minced) 5. Add SeaMama Seaweed and simmer for 20min over med heat. * 1-2 Tbsp tamari or soy sauce Other Ingredients ----------------- Wakame seaweed.
