How can I get a new one because mine broke after 9 days of use

Had it for a bit longer but not usable or safe anymore. Material easily tears and rusty pellets are coming out of the hole as well as rusty stains coming through the fabric in other spots.

How do you clean it or wash it? After a while of using and sweating in it this best needs washing for sure. Did not come with cleaning instructions.

Can you adjust the weight on the vest or do I have to buy another one say a 6 pounder to a 10 pounder

The weight is not adjustable as far as I can tell. But I have to say, I really LOVE this vest! I bought the 8 lb vest in the beginning, kind of split the difference since I didn't want to buy another one any time soon. The other thing you could potentially do if you wanted to add more weight would be to add some wrist or ankle weights. I have thought about that, too, but haven't do so at this point.

One size fits all. It is adjustable. If you're referring to weight, I read somewhere that 6 pounds is good to start with for a person who's not already muscular. 6 pounds works well for me; it doesn't feel very heavy when I put it on, but after walking or gardening in it, I can definitely feel its effects.
