Very poor quality

Ordered this. For girlfriend it’s looked really good in pic but when it arrived it was cheap and tacky very suspect !!!! If it was pandora at all ..didn’t come in box or. Pandora bag very poor. Quality

Charm perfect, presentation poor

The charm is perfect however the way it’s presented is poor. I was expecting it to come in a pandora box with a pandora bag as shown in the picture but instead I got the charm in a plastic bag with a cheap cardboard box to present it in.
