I started having stomach issues this past year out of nowhere. Cramping, bloating, gas and many urgent trips to the bathroom. My guess was the quality of the food supply. I tried cutting out certain foods and liquids, and that was hit and miss. Took forever to get in to see a doctor and even then they weren’t much help. Testing didn’t turn up anything wrong.
