Decent product and a supportive seller!
The sectional is small enough to fit in well with my small living room. It is completely made of faux leather and exactly pictured. It is decent for a large family use, so that is why I decided to purchase it. Unfortunately, I received a defective product, but the seller was willing to replace product. Instead, I requested for a full refund. Seller returned my full refund and also generously cancel return shipment. The refund and cancellation process took me a month.Overall, the seller is willing to work with you if you aren’t satisfied and the product is decent.

Misleading and disappointing.
This is a horrible couch!!!! Not at all what was advertised. Very misleading. It is so short. The cushions are maybe 1 ft off the ground maybe 1 and a half feet. It is uncomfortable and very low. It is also not very long. It is more like the length of a loveseat. I returned mine immediately and got my money back.

Not a good product
The assembly was super easy. The delivery was on time but I am not impressed with the product quality. The springs started poking out of the cushions after just 1 year of usage. It is so bad now that I would have to buy a new sofa within 1.5 years of using it

My cats hate this
I'm not sure if this lighter makes a noise that only my cats can hear or what but everytime I use it [ which its silent to me] the cats take off terrified. Very strange.
