Works! Smell and taste is iron.
Works well! My daughter’s labs came up quickly, but getting her take it is tricky. The iron is very odorous and strong tasting in fluids. We have found success in smoothies.

Likes: I love the price. It is much more affordable than the name brand. It does smell better than poly-vi-sol with iron. Dislikes: It doesn't have a natural fruit flavor. It tastes very bad. The only upper hand it has on the enfamil brand is that it doesn't smell horrible. The thickness is also a problem. Especially if you have a small child, it can make them spit up as I experienced with mine. Overall: still worth buying over polyvisol with iron.
