Bought these to travel through Japan with and now use them all the time. My daughter and I don't like hand driers but also hate wet hands. This way we can wash and dry while we are out and about. Comes in handy, dries fast, and doesn't build a smell. The pouch is nice too, I can clip it on my bag or purse.

Update 10/10/22:Been using this towel exclusively as a bath towel and am buying one for my daughter. Haven't had a single issue with it. Still absorbs quickly, dries me off enough to start air drying, and dries itself out in plenty of time for the next shower. The color has stayed the same and so has the feel. I own three now and they're all in the same condition.Update 1/10/21:I like reviews where people have used the product for awhile. Reviews based on one day of use don't help in deciding longevity, so they're not as useful. So, after having used this towel for about a year and a half, I can tell you it holds up. It still looks like new, too. I've used it at water parks, at a lake, and have been using it as a bath towel for quite some time. Still absorbs water just like when I first got it. In fact, I bought a second one just last month.Original Review:I originally bought this towel for drying off after swimming at a nearby lake. It worked well, and now I'm using it as a bath towel. I bought the XXL, and if I wrap it around myself, it goes around me completely and overlaps about a foot or more. If I tuck it under my arms while wrapped around, it drops to just below my knees. I'm 5'6" so hopefully that gives you some indication of real world size.Even though I used this to dry off lake water that is not pristine and clear, it held up well. After using it for a few months as a bath towel, it is still soft and absorbent. You don't wipe dry with this kind of towel, though. You blot yourself with minimal wiping, if any at all.After I dry off, I hang this up, and it's dry again a few hours later. I haven't timed it, but it's easily dry the next morning, at the very least. So this is a good daily towel to use. The little black hook isn't something I need, but it's a nice touch if I ever have to hang it by the loop sometime.I've also easily been able to put it back in it's carrying case when it's folded right. It doesn't take up much room and is very lightweight. Planning on getting another one in a little while.

I bought these towels for my teenage son for after cross country practices at school. The large size is perfect for him (he’s 6’ tall), they are absorbent and light weight and easy to roll up and throw into his backpack for the remainder of the school day. My only complaint is that the description is a bit misleading, it states it is a set of 2 towels-while it is true that there are 2 towels, only one is shower appropriate size, the second towel is a hand towel size. I don't think that was made clear in the description but maybe I missed it. Other than that we are very happy with these towels

I love these towels!I recently started working out as part of my health & fitness journey. I sweat a lot (fat girl here 🤪) during my HIIT workouts - one is a kickboxing circuit workout and the other is rowing-treadmill-weights circuit. Needless to say, I move around a lot in both workouts going from station to station and sweat a lot during the whole workout. This towel is so lightweight, I throw it over my shoulder and forget it’s there until I need it again. A cotton towel isn’t “heavy”, per se, but it adds more layers to your clothes and that’s not what I wanted while already hot working out lol.It’s big enough to drape around your neck and hang a bit on each side, but not too long that it gets in the way if you hang it on the treadmill or something. The material is kind of like those clothes you can use for jewelry cleaning or a soft suede.They are super absorbent, too. They don’t feel wet, even after my sweaty 1 hour workouts. I washed it and, as I pulled it out of the washer, I noticed it hardly felt wet at all - fresh out of the washer!I didn’t have any issues with color bleeding (I bought pink) or any fuzzies coming off on me during the workout or my other clothes in the washer.Def recommend. I’m buying more since I workout 4-5 times a week so I can have one for each day 😊

I wish I had done more research first. They're made of polyester and I didn't initially think this was bad. But after just a modicum of research on the internet about polyester and how harmful it is, I don't really want to use it. A good old fashioned fluffy cotton towel works just fine and, while it may not dry as fast as a super thin layer of polyester, it doesn't need to for most applications. There's no need to reinvent the wheel... and then replace it with harmful, synthetic materials that poison our bodies and pollute the environment. That being said, if you're interested in how polyester can have several negative effects on the environment and human health, read the following:Microplastic pollutionPolyester can create microplastics that can't be filtered by sewage and water refineries, and can eventually end up in waterways.Water consumption and productionPolyester production is very water-intensive, and the wastewater can contain harmful chemicals that can pollute waterways and harm factory workers.Petroleum problemsPolyester is made from petroleum and fossil fuels, and demand for polyester contributes to the extraction and refining of millions of barrels of oil each year.Skin problemsPolyester is not breathable or hypoallergenic, and can cause skin problems like acne, dermatitis, itching, and redness. When exposed to heat, polyester releases antimony oxide, a known carcinogen that can be partially dissolved by sweat and absorbed by the skin. I love my towel set! I purchased the XXL primarily for a beach towel as I’m living in beach communities around the Caribbean Sea for a few years. The size is great, absorbs wonderfully, dries fast, washes well, and packs up so small. I love the mesh bag it comes in which I can hook to my backpack when leaving the beach, so nothing inside my pack gets wet.The accompanying hand towel is perfect for wiping the sweat off my face while walking around in high humidity areas. The price is well worth the set!I’m planning on buying another set in a size L to serve more as a bath towel. Plus if friends visit, they can use it as a beach towel too. The big fluffy beach towels provided by my condo rental are heavy and bulky, and even worse after using them. So I prefer the microfiber ones a million times more.

Great camping or beach towel. Light weight, compact, and dries quickly. Liked it so much I bought a second. I have been using them for a couple years and they have stood the test of time.

Use this for my cat after I wipe her down (she’s gotten old now). Works great for drying her off, is nice and soft. Washes well too.

The towels are very convenient to use and provide the right results. I highly recommend them.
