This is excellent. As you can see from the video my daughter loved testing this out this afternoon. It was well packaged and you even get a very good quality pair of spanners and Allen key for assembly. It also comes with a few cool stickers too. Pros: Pretty much everything about this item is a pro, very well made (and should be for the price), sturdy, comfy, safe and secure when my daughter is sitting on it. Cons: 2 cons here. One is that the manual isn't really the best if you have absolutely no idea of assembling stuff, however using one's common sense with fitting this to your bike is easily done. And 2, whatever you do before buying this please for the love of god, or more importantly your son or daughter who's going to be sitting on the bike with you,,, please check to make sure that your bike does NOT have the rear brake and gear cables run along the top of the top bar. My bike does and so when riding round the garden I was fixed in one gear and only had the front brake to stop. Which if I was riding on the road would see me and my daughter flip over the front and lazer eyes from my missus hit the back of my head as we get up from the pavement hoping I haven't broken any of my daughter's bones. That said I'm not going to be returning this as I plan to change my very old bike for a newer one so will be getting a bike where the top bar is free of all said cables. I do highly recommend this product.

**the only question i had about this was if it would adjust for my massive down tube on my carbon fiber frame. It adjusts fine, I've installed it so it clamps firm enough not to slide around, but that's it - keeps my son safe and my frame!** Well thought out and designed seat, my 2 year old loves it and it's opened up a world of new off roading fun for daddy and son time. Normally I'm very tight with money, there's much cheaper options out there, but the quality of this is great and worth the investment. Plus they hold their value, so easy to re-sell in a few years once it's served its purpose.

Who doesn’t like spending obscene amounts of money on must have cycling accessories? Take my money!! This accessory screams premium quality from the get go. The seat unit is nicely packaged and the components are individually wrapped and protected in the box. The seat even comes with a set of decent tools. Giving you everything you need to get the seat securely attached to your bike. Plus a set of bad4ss stickers. The instructions are very easy to follow, with additional support on YouTube. The components fit together effortlessly and also disassemble easily too. The adjustability of the seat is great, I have an XL bike and the seat allows adjustment for the width of the top tube, down tube, angle of the saddle and the angle of the foot pegs. Yes it’s expensive, but for me it’s the only option I saw that was viable between rear and front mounted seats. My rave review is completely backed up from the experience of opening the box, the process of fitting the seat on my bike and then hitting the trails, works a treat! Also, rear mounted seats don’t allow for you to keep an eye on your little one and I’ve even seen several poor kids getting whacked in the face by peoples rear ends in the past... not a nice experience for them I’m sure... Buy one. Honestly you won’t be disappointed. But just keep an eye on where your bikes gear, brake and dropper post cables are. If they are on the the top or side of the top tube, or slightly the the side of the down tube you may find the seat impossible to fit.

Great bit of kit. I did try a cheaper alternative before and it didn't fit fmy sloping top tube and was poorly constructed with metal against my frame. This however is brilliant. Every aspect of it fitting to my bike has been well thought out with rubber where all contact points are. 100% stable once fitted and most importantly fits my mtb with a very steep top tube. Once we fitted it and went out my 3 yr old daughter loved it as she was upfront and could see everything, she felt so safe she just want to go fatser. It's so good the wife is using it on her bike for school runs as well. Don't let the price pit you off it totally worth it, so much easier than a trailer.

Solid, safe and super fun! Right out the box this thing is quality built. Its safe for my son and its safe for my bike. I have used it on both my carbon framed MTB and alloy bike. I have kept it on the alloy bike as I ride clipped in on the carbon and I think with this its better to ride flat pedals simply because its a tad awkward getting on and off with a 3 year old sitting on the bike without the added issue of un clipping. Highly recommend this seat my son absolutely loves it, he feels in control of the bars and giggles and laughs his head off the whole ride!

The seat is nice however there are 2 minor problems I have found. The first is that it doesn't fit my bike very well, it is a bit wobbly but my bike has a more unusual frame (Orange Patriot). The other is that it's quite easy for my son's feet to slip off the foot pegs. As for the value, I think it would be better if it included the handle bars.

As soon as you open the box you know you have bought a quality bit of kit. Easy to fit in minutes. I was worried about a carbon frame but no problems there. My daughter is only 20 months old but she had no problems on it and you can see as it’s adjustable will suit her for years. Recommend the shotgun handlebars too so your child isn’t leaning over too far.. it’s allowed me to enjoy biking again knowing I can control my daughter in front of me instead of not knowing what she is doing in a rear seat and her just facing my back. She was safe on very uneven terrain too. Both very happy and worth the price tag

The good -- This is a great product. My daughter loves it. She has been riding with me using this saddle since the day she turned 2. Its comfortable for her, and she has never had any problems sitting on it or holding onto the mounted handlebars (purchased separately). It is great for her because she can see everything we are doing. She doesn't get bored because she is staring at my back the whole ride or unable to see surroundings in a chariot-style cart. The path/trail/world is right there in front of here and she has an unobstructed view of everything. She is literally right on top of the action and she loves it. When properly installed, the saddle will stay exactly where you put it no matter how rough the trail gets and your kid will be sitting where you can easily ensure their hands are on the bars, feet in the stirrups, and they are paying attention to what is going on. The bad -- And this only a complaint because the description is misleading. It is pretty much the opposite of "Quick Release." I'm sure whoever wrote the description would argue that, "I didn't say it released quickly, I said it uses a quick-release mechanism to ensure easy and proper installation" Yeah.... riiiight..... there is no reason to even mention this in the description unless you want to give the false impression that it is easy to put on and take off the bike. It is NOT hard to put on and take off the bike, but it does take about +30 minutes to get the setup initially dialed-in depending on your frame, adult riding position with kid, and kid size. After that, taking it off takes 2-3 minutes and putting it back on takes about 5 minutes. These are timeframes I'm more than willing to accept to have my kid along for the ride and get her interested in riding trails. If you don't clean your bike frame before installing this, don't install it securely, or don't regularly remove it and clean your bike, then it might scratch your frame. Ultimately, I'm not willing to dock it a star just because the description might mislead some people, because I think 99% of people that buy this, and actually use it, also won't care about the time needed to put it on the frame or take it off. I would buy this again, have recommended it to many others, and constantly get asked about it when out on rides.

Einfach soooo mega! Einer der besten Käufe dieses Jahr! Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem guten Kindersitz fürs Fahrrad für Kinder (Unser Sohn ist 18 Monate) und wir wollten auf KEINEN Fall so eine langweilige Plastikschale für den Gepäckträger haben. Erstens haben wir keinen Gepäckträger weil wir eher die Downhill Fahrer sind und zweitens sind wir der Meinung dass so ein klassischer Kindersitz fürs Fahrrad einfach nicht zu uns passt. Unser Sohn hat eine riesen Freude damit! Er will gar nicht mehr vom Fahrrad runter. Fördert absolut die Konzentration, Gleichgewicht, super cool, super praktisch, wir haben ihm im Blick, er langweilt sich nicht und wir können endlich zusammen biken gehen!! Und zwar so richtig! Wir haben Lenker und Sitz und würden den Lenker auch dazu klar mitempfehlen. Spätestens wenn er mehr Kraft hat und versucht mitzulenken ist durch den kleinerer Lenker weniger Wirkung da. Zudem hat er mit den Griffen einen super Halt. Montage bei Sitz und Lenker easy. Sattel sehr bequem und sehr schnell auf und abmontiert. Werkzeug bei längeren Touren aber immer mitnehmen falls sich dochmal was lockert. Man weiß nie. Und ein Imbus und ein Schlüssel ist nicht schwer im Rucksack. Werkzeug wird alles mitgeliefert. Tolle Verpackung! Preis,... Puhhh ordentlich aber lohnt sich absolut wenn man gerne richtig biken geht!!!
