Best pillow for me, the neck and shoulder support is amazing. I can finally sleep a full nights rest! Worth the price, amazing quality and so comfortable! It is cooling which i love and there are different way to adjust the pillow to your liking!

This pillow is a life saver for me. I have had a lot of trouble with my neck. Regular pillows hold my head up at an odd angle and causes pain in my neck and head. This pillow puts support under my neck and allows my head to rest in the D in the middle. It also supports my head when sleeping on my side. I'll never go back to a regular pillow.

This is the best pillow for side sleepers. It's great for back sleepers, too. Many pillows advertise themselves as appropriate for side AND back sleepers. However, I think it is harder for side sleepers to find a supportive pillow. My experience is that a good side sleeper pillow works fine for back sleepers, but not necessarily vice versa. I'm a side sleeper and have tried the expensive ($150) pillows and the cheap ($20) pillows and everything in between and have a roomful of like-new pillows to show for it. This one is sufficiently high to hold the head level and properly support the neck. The indent in the middle is what helps to keep the head level and pressure off the ear. And you can turn it over and around to find the best fit for you as each side is slightly different. And the price of this one is very reasonable compared to some of the ridiculously-priced pillows (seriously, $150+ for a pillow??!). The pillow is firm but soft, which is what a side sleeper needs. Note that memory foam just doesn't work adequately for side sleepers as it "gives" too much to support the neck no matter how firm it supposedly is in my experience. And the shredded memory foam, which is generally advertised as "adjustable" so that you can fluff it as you like, also fails in my experience because it not only shifts when you want it to, but also shifts when you don't and results in waking with nothing supporting the neck and so a "bent" neck/head. This pillow fits in my standard case, but isn't washable per the instructions. I put a couple of pillow cases on to keep it clean. I will reorder this pillow if/when the current one needs replacement as this is now my go-to pillow. I took off one star, however, as the filling on this one also seems to shift a bit overnight. The manufacturer provides a video on how to move the filling back into place, but I find it somewhat difficult, esp. if arthritis is flaring in my fingers. Accordingly, it would be nice if the manufacturer would provide a zipper on the pillow in order to more easily redistribute the filling. I will note that I solved the problem my own way by folding a small hand towel and placing it between the bottom of the pillow and the pillowcase under the neck area. This way the pillow retains an appropriate height and I don't have to fuss with moving the filling around.

I am rating this pillow a 1 because I do not have options to give the rating it truly deserves a zero. At one time, around 2018 this company had the perfect pillow, different from this one and it was great, best pillow ever.. But every time I upgraded that perfect pillow the quality got lower and lower in terms of the foam until that became a useless pillow with even the firm having no support. I am desperate for a pilllow so I tried this "new design" pillow and a 1 rating is just too high. I caused pain in my neck because I need a lower pillow (low loft). So then I order the samer pillow and it was the same, immediate pain on trying it. It is nothing like the older pillow of yesteryear, you know even some chirorpactors carried it. This new pillow ships on a box folded in half. No matter what the instructions said or many times to smooth out the crease, well there is a crease in the middle which affects the support of the edge. The company is too cheap to even packaged the pillow properly. Glutten for punishment I tried it a couple of nights and the pain it caused was unbelievable. Pain relief is a totally false claim, immediate pain and trying it for a couple nights just to give it a chance, even more pain. I tried this size, the smaller size, it is simply too high and I need the lower loft pillow of yesteryear. At this point, Core Products who used to make a great product, but who quality in that product went significantly down through the years and then they came up with this new horrid design, well maybe it is time for them to go out of business. I talked to two representatives there, the first one was so dumb I ended up hanging up on her. But the second one understood completely saying she got a number of calls with people saying exactly what I was saying. Well Cord Products apparently do not care about what they customers say, well for me ex-customer as this new pillow caused immediate pain. Then I orderd the smaller size hoping it was a lower loft pillow, it was not, immediate pain. If you want pain in your neck, the perhaps this is the product for you. But if not, keep looking for a decent pillow at another company. And I can't find that pillow, not yet but I know I am done with this triffling company. Well maybe not if they brought back the older style pillow with quality foam. If you have a smaller frame and need a low loft pillow, this one is not for you.

I am sleeping better. I like the firmer sides raised for side sleeping. I ordered the larger/tall as i'm 6 ft and female. I didnt find a prob with pillow cases, but I do use king size pillowcases. Years of changing pillows to find all i needed to change - was the shape of the pillow, and no more stiff neck or shoulders.

This pillow is actually ok-ish when I'm laying on my back. I want something that basically doesn't support my head at all when I'm laying on my back, so my head lays practically on the mattress. I have an old down pillow that's lost a lot of its' stuffing, and it's perfect when I lay on my back, because I just roll it under my neck, and I love it. But I toss and turn a lot, and when I roll on my side my neck and shoulders get all scrunched up. I need some support under my neck and head when I lay on my side. This pillow does not provide that, because it's too flat and too hard to be able to squish and plump up where I want it. It does, though, prop my head up a little bit too much when I lay on my back, which is not what I want. If this was fluffier and softer on the sides, it would work for me. I cannot find the right middle ground. And unfortunately, this isn't it either.

It is a little different to sleep on but quickly got used to it and I never wake up with neck pain any longer. Recommend for side or back sleeper.

If you have any kind of back/shoulder/neck pain, you need to buy this pillow. That's all there is to it. Here's my story: I'm a 30-something woman with a history of back problems. I'm also a troubled sleeper and suffer from horrible insomnia. All the pain/sleep issues quadrupled two years ago following a terrible car accident. On top of all that, I was recently diagnosed with degenerative disc disease in my neck. Basically, I am a total mess. And I have spent hundreds...actually, at this point more like THOUSANDS of dollars on pillows over the years. I have tried every single pillow you can buy, from traditional down-filled pillows to memory foam pillows, including brand-name pillows from companies like Tempurpedic and Technogel that cost close to $200 each. And nothing worked for me. Then my friend told me about this D-Core pillow that basically has a hole in the middle of it, which she bought on Amazon for like $30. I basically laughed in her face. But I decided to buy the pillow anyway, and add it to my pile of cast-offs. When the pillow arrived, I was horrified. It looks EXTREMELY uncomfortable. No other contoured neck pillow had ever worked for me, but I gave the D-Core a try. It's been almost two months and I have never looked back. This has improved my sleep AND eliminated my pain by 95%, which is a miracle. I have stopped physical therapy, I have stopped getting regular massages, and I have stopped taking prescription pain meds because this pillow alone has helped me so much. Not only do I sleep better, and experience little to no pain at night, but this has helped me be virtually pain-free all day as well. Truly, I am still in shock over how awesome it is. AND IT IS ONLY $30!!!! D-Core pillow people, if you are reading this, I FREAKING LOVE YOU!!!! Your product has helped me so much, and I am forever grateful to you for designing it! To the consumers out there contemplating buying this pillow, I am telling you, it will be the best $30 you ever spend. You can't put a price on good, pain-free sleep. Prepare to be amazed!!!!!!

I bring this pillow any time I don't sleep at home. I've had it for over a year and a half. I sleep in every position possible and this pillow helps my injured neck.
