would this be a good moisterizer for regular use? (no radiation tx)

We definitely recommend to use Miaderm for everyday regular use, it is safe and effective anywhere on the surface of the skin, it isn't recommended for mucous membranes.

Why the added fragrance? great reviews but i have mcs and cannot use anything with “fragrance.”
