It has a thick wall for strength and durability and has a maximum pressure rating of 150 pounds per square inch (psi). This fitting is not recommended for use with compressed , nor aromatic hydrocarbons, carbon tetra-chloride, oline, hexane, kerosene, nitric , sodium hydrochlorite, toluene, trichloroethylene or xylene.
