Compact lil microwave but works like a champ! Heats everything beautifully. Looks very high end but really reasonable price! Love it!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Small but really cute. Love it.

We bought this beautiful looking microwave in October 2023. The microwave stopped working in late November 2023. It turns ON but food does not heat up. Heating module probably was fried due to poor quality control. Immediately, we filed a customer support ticket with Comfee. There was a series of back and forth with the customer service representative. They would ask for a serial number, but there are several numbers/barcodes around the microwave, and if you send them the wrong one, they would ghost you instead of telling you to send them the right one. After 3 weeks of communication, the customer representative finally let me know that they will send me a refund check. They had my name and address confirmed on their refund confirmation email. That was December 8th 2023. I wrote this review on February 14th, 2024, because I have yet to receive my refund check. I emailed them again today, and this time, the customer responded with "We can't send you the check until we have confirmed your name and address." It has been a very frustrating process to utilize this supposedly available product warranty. I will report back if I've received the refund check. Until then, you can assume that Comfee never refunded or attempted to repair a broken product within warranty.

The easy to use door handle adds to its style. The smaller depth fits perfectly on the shelf and does not stick out like larger units. At 5'2'' I can reach the cupboard over it with no problem. It has a lower wattage level so food takes longer to cook. The operating buttons are a bit challenging, so keep the directions handy.

This little microwave is okay. EXTREMELY confusing buttons and horrible wait time till you can open the door that one can override manually but why need for this in the first place. Normal microwaves just end time and you can open the door, with this one you can't. Unless you force left side of the button and then open the door at the same time. Having said that.. BE VERY CAREFUL WHERE AND HOW YOU PLUG IT IN! The microwave is 700 W and if you run it in the kitchen plugged into a normal outlet.. as in one that does not have the little red and black buttons to reset in case of overload then you may run in trouble if you run any other appliance at the same time on the same circuit. Lets say you have this microw. running and on the next outlet on the same circuit you run your coffe maker and on the next one you have your toaster going.. and if none of those outlets have those mini breakers something this can cause frequent tripping of your breakers on the main board or even casue overheating of wires as there is way to much going on on the same circuit as in most cases all outlets in the kitchen aside from maybe your oven and or dishwasher run on the same circuit and are attached to one and the same circuit brekaer. So be careful. Ideally connect it only to protected outlet. And that same goes to any area of the house where you will have this thing connected to avoid any hazards. If you don't have safe outlets then upgrade them. It cost about 20 to 50 dollars per outlet to do so and it is for life and safe peace of mind. Anyway back to the item. It does what any microwave supposed to do. I don't care for any presets and I don't use any of them I only run by adding time minutes and for that it works but yes, I did not know about the circuits and stuff so it ended up overheating my wires and costly electric visit. So thread wisely. This goes to ANY microwave out there and any high watts item you use.. so anything over 800W and especially those big microwaves and or other things like coffee pots that can easily take 1500 W per piece .. beware!!! I bought this microwave nearly 6 years ago. Within the last year the paint on the bottom cracked where the wheels of the tray holder go round and around and I can see rust forming near there and around the bottom areas of the door. And now I think, I think I know why. We like this microwave, the style and size fit our kitchen decor and so, I bought a new one just like it to replace it even though I could expect the same problem to show up 6 years from now. Except - upon getting the new one I learned that the entire exterior is covered in a thin covering of plastic. And so was mine from 6 years ago! I never removed it back then. All this time not only was it covering the exterior metal surfaces, the vent slots on the left side were completely covered too! I think now, perhaps, that this resulted in keeping moisture from getting out of the microwave and promoted the paint separation and rust to form. A few of the Amazon user videos show stickers on top of their microwave. Seeing them tells me they too have not removed the film as the stickers would be removed along with the film gone from the surfaces. I hope I’ve resolved my past problem from being a future one. Instincts tell me to still be on guard of any moisture forming and collecting on the bottom interior surfaces. I have noticed tgat rubber feet on the bottom have been greatly enlarged so that the microwave won’t be rolling around like the old one did. That’s nice. Thanks and good luck.

We moved our microwave to our wet bar area during our kitchen remodel. When everything was done I realized I missed the convenience of having one there. This cute little machine fit the bill perfectly. It's too small for my bacon tray, but other than that it's perfect. I did have to read the manual to figure out the controls but after a couple of days it was second nature. Using it on full power left some "hot spots" on food so I just use a lower power and cook longer, which seems to fix the issue. Since it's not our main machine, that's totally fine. 3 pieces of bacon on lvl 7 for 3:20 gives me the perfect quick breakfast while I'm feeding the dogs in the morning.

I have bought three of these: one hardly ever used; one rusted at base of door (and given away); and one used daily for over a year now. Recently I noticed a “bubble” on exterior top of the oven - and then more along the sides. Endless emails to Comfee. Endless. And, of course, just a week or so after warranty ended (although problem started earlier and I neglected to write). Long story short: I could fine no alternative. Terrifying stories of sparks and fires throughout reviews. And then, in desperation, I was reading Comfee reviews and read about “removing the shipping film”. Egads! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Just tore that film off, gave sincere thanks that we never had a fire, and my Comfee looks brand new. It is small and yes, cute, and I can mute the beep. We just heat up leftovers and drinks. But I will watch for sparks and hope I do not have to get another microwave until there is a high quality, small, safe product on the market. And thanks again for that reviewer who advised reading the manual and took thectime to point out the necessity of removing the shipping film. You would have thought Comfee would have advised the same.

I read the negative comments, but found it so cute I went ahead and bought it. It s been 6 weeks and so far it s great!. Heats up my coffee, left overs very quickly. No trouble with burnt odors. There s a thin plastic film on the whole unit. So tight, you can hardly see it. You can open and close the door even with the film on it. But it covers the airing vents, so if you don't remove it completely, you will get a burnt plastic smell and eventually it will stop working. Just be sure to look for it and remove it.
