Black Walnut Lumber 3/4"x4"x12" - 2 Pack

This product met my expectations for the most part. I've just started woodworking and made some cutting boards with this and some other types of wood. All the pieces were 3/4 thick, I can't say that for all the wood I've received. This was a good value for the money for someone like me that's learning.

I got two 2-packs, beautiful wood with a lot of character. All four boards were cut at the same size, so no need to make adjustments. One of the boards had a small chip along the edge, but I suspect this happened during shipping (luckily, it's a section I don't need for the project I'll be using the wood for). I wouldn't hesitate to order more in the future!

There wasn't anything not to like. The wood is beautiful and arrived in great shape. Not a mark on it. Service was excellent too. It actually arrived a couple days before they said it would. Good Job!

I made an incense burner on my cnc router. This wood cut easily, but left a lot of burrs behind. Very nice looking wooden planks. Straight and true. I would buy again but perhaps some other species of wood. It took a lot of sanding to get to the finished product, but overall I'm happy with it.

I have ordered from this vendor many times as I use the wood to make cheeseboards for friends and family. The quality is always great and it shows up so super fast! I like that this has allowed me to do these projects without purchasing a table saw as I don't have the room!

I've ordered wood online once before (marblewood- cost me $30 for a 1x4x48) and was totally burnt. Received a 4' piece of wood with a knot hole dead center of the wood. Guess they figure your stuck with it when it comes in the mail. Not so this time. Both pieces had nice grain work without one single blemish. Outstanding! Thanks to whoever picked this for shipment. If this is typical, then they have my business for sure.

Absolutely gorgeous black walnut. I used mine to make wooden rings, and I was not disappointed. Shine it up with a grain enhancing polish at the end, and you will be truly stunned at how beautiful it is. I was surprised at how easy it was to work with. Great for small laminating projects, or wooden rings. I will definitely be buying again!
