I absolutely love these electrolyte packets from LMNT! I’m currently breastfeeding and drink water all day long, but I still felt like I was constantly thirsty and never truly hydrated. Once I started adding these in, it made such a huge difference. Now, whenever I drink one, I actually feel hydrated and energized instead of still feeling depleted. It’s been a total game changer for me during this stage. The flavors are great, not overly sweet, and they mix really easily in water. This electrolyte mix is way better than others on the market. Not sweet which I like and doesn't irritate my stomach. I mix with 24 oz water and it gives a great hydration on days when I've worked out hard and/or probably didn't drink enough water. it's completely eliminated my nightime leg cramps.

I drink LMNT daily and it is so easy to mix and just drink. It tastes great too! No chaulk in the mix or anything. It high quality that works!

This was recommended by cardiologist for daily use. It tastes great, dissolves well and is easy to transport, easy to use. My only Negative Comment is that I have it on auto-renewal at the 9th of each month, and instead of arriving in 2-3 days from the date of auto-ship, it is often 2-3 weeks, so I run out on a regular basis due to the inconsistency of shipping date. I am currently looking for a local place to purchase and then cancel this auto-ship because I cannot trust the product to arrive at any regular timing.

This is my favorite flavor I’ve tried so far! I got the variety back from a different big box store and now get the citrus salt on Amazon. I love that it’s not sugary and has more of a salty taste. It also dissolves better even in ice water than competitors like liquidIV, you just have to wait a bit longer. I prefer the grittiness so I drink it right away!

I Love LMNT! I tried these when I kept waking up with cramps in my legs at night and it works wonders. I NEVER run out of packets! Citris salt is so yummy too.
