I take two in the morning and two midday, and it is helping me lose weight. It is a gentle and the weight loss is a little slow going, but definitely coming off. I’ve lost 8 pounds in the last three weeks.

This stuff was recommended to me by a health care professional whom I trust. I am SO skeptical of weight loss products, as I've tried several and they have all been a waste of money and some caused problems. This stuff is gentle, but seems to help. Mind you, you still have to do your part by limiting your calories and doing your exercise! However, I was quite STUCK and having cravings, and taking endotrim helped me stay on track and lose some pounds. I take 4 caps with breakfast. No ill effects like rapid heart beat.

Have lost weight using product but it is slow going. Doctor prescribed and requires diet restriction to be effective. Okay product.

I take these to help heal my adrenal fatique - they do indeed help. If you are expecting some jolt of energy like you would get from a dose of caffeine then no you might not like these. Slow and steady wins the race right. Good for helping your leptins and for adrenals. I feel so much better since I started taking these 2 caps 2x a day prescriped by my functional medicine dr. !

I am a very healthy eating person. I do not consume glutens, corns, grains, nuts that haven't been blanched, no sugars. I run 4 miles per day and weight lift on off days. I went from 318lbs 1 year ago to 230lbs; I now use Endotrim with CLA because I read it's a good combo. However; Endotrim does nothing. If you read solid reviews on it, there's no scientific evidence or published works that proves that this does anything. It's common sense that one would lose weight eating right and then exercising. When I take it, I feel maybe a little more energy but that's it, and I cannot prove this is it because I take 3 mutlivitamin capsules with it and fish oil and such. I do not recommend it, because for the price, I do not believe it does anything to benefit me.

Wow first supplement I take that I feel a difference. Its almost hard to tell but when you take it you don’t eat as much and don’t crave snacking! I love to take after lunch and after dinner to avoid snacking during the day! Great product will but again.

I can't tell how good this is as I have only taken it since it arrived last week. I need to see results at the end of the month

Tried this at a recommendation from a friend. It worked at controlling my cravings (sugar mostly) for about 3 days.. then nothing. This was not a good investment. The second star is for the fact that it had no side effects at all.
