Great frother - has hot and cold options. Cleaning the device is a little bit of a pain. You have to handwash every time, and you can't skip cleans because we are talking about milk! Really elevates my coffees, and helps me save money because I'm making Starbucks value coffees at home! Frother has lasted several years with weekly use - Would recommend.

I don't know anything about coffee and I just got to know what milk frothing is. This thing is great, because I don't have to sit there with frother stick. just press button twice and in2 mins or so it's ready pour in to my coffee and drink. So convinient and I think twice about going to a starbucks. Only thing I'd ask for is that if possible, can milk be heated hotter? Milk does get warmed up while frothing and adding it with my boiling coffee makes it perfect temperature to drink, but sometimes I'd like it extra hot like from Starbucks. Still not really a complaint but wishful hope. Is there a forum where people share their recipe or tips for making coffe with this frother?

Good product , still works . Only thing is that it turns your milk to foam with almost no liquid left.

I originally wrote a good review about this product. I do love an electric frother. I've returned and did an exchange. Now returning the new one. both had switch issues. It's issues with the switch itself. It stops working correctly. The first one, I lost the mid range froth mode.. Second one, used it for a week, and now the switch in stuck in the ON position and it doesn't turn off. The no heat selection doesn't work, the mid range froth selection doesn't work. Only selection that works is the stiff foam one. I have to manually pull the container off the base to stop the frother from engaging. Scalded milk if you don't watch it. Amazon has credited this purchase back to me... for the 2nd time. This company needs to pull the product because the componets are flawed. Side note: I followed the directions for cleaning. The frother was never submerged in water while washing, the base never got wet nor did the bottom of the pitcher.

Does a nice job making my milk frothy!

I recently posted about the heating component not working - which was very disappointing (I posted 2 stars). Well 2 days later it started working. I am assuming that I got water in the mechanism which caused it to short out. So now it is back up and running. Again - I am a marathon user of this product - so I kind of expect it to break down like the other ones I have purchased. So far so good- purring like a kitten! Easy to use. Easy to clean. Gets the job done fast.

Es fácil de limpiar, no ocupa mucho espacio y es muy buen producto. Para mejor espuma en frío, recomiendo que se use leche entera, la deslactosada hace buena espuma pero se deshace rápido.

Crema la leche entera, la calienta, y es fácil de lavar. Muy practica. Era lo que esperaba. Las leches de Avena y Almendras no las crema totalmente. Solo las mezcla y calienta.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this milk frother! It is so easy to use and works so efficiently. It does a great job frothing milk. I have even used it on oat milk and had great results. It has been a wonderful addition to my morning coffee every day.

I was a bit nervous about buying this machine after reading some of the 1 star reviews. I am so glad I bought this as it's easy to use and the Teflon non-stick coating on the inside makes it easy to clean. A word of advice is once the frothing button is pushed, one needs to be patient and let the frother complete it's cycle, which runs as long as it takes our Nespresso machine using the Nespresso pods to complete a brew cycle. My wife and daughters love this machine!
