Love this thing- so convenient
I have had this since May 2021 and I absolutely love it. We are a family of 6 and I homeschool 4 kids so we are home a lot and use a lot of dish soap- so we LOVE this thing. Who wants to mess with refillng those small bottles every couple weeks!? Not me! I just buy the huge dish soap bottles and hook it up under my sink and ta-da! We are set for a LONG while. It does take a minute to prime the pump so don’t be discouraged, just keep pumping and soap will work its way up. Be sure NOT to install the little plastic valve in the tube the wrong direction or your pump will not work (look for the arrow on the white valve).

Good Soap dispenser for the price
I was pretty pleased with the look for the soap dispenser when I unboxed it. I wasn't interested in using the bottle but wanted to use the longer hose with a soap bottle refill. My issue was the hole where the soap dispenser was going to be installed is behind the dishwasher (not sure what the people that owned the house before me were doing). So the hose was going to work just fine as there's a hole in the partition that separates under the sink and where the dishwasher is. Install was simple and straight forward. However, it's worth mentioning that the instructions are incorrect. The instructions mention to thread the shorter side of the 47" extension tube up through the threaded shank and attach it to the pump. However, you need to attach the longer side of the extension tube to the pump. I will give the seller credit. Before the item arrived, they are already sent detailed instructions via email. They correct the instructions and say to install the longer side of the tube to the pump. So this is just something to mention. You can tell which side of the tube to install because one side is cut straight (flat) and the other is cut at an angle. The angled end of the tube goes in to the soap bottle while the flat connects to the pump. Make sure the arrow on the check valve is pointing up/towards to the pump as you are lifting the soap "up" from the bottle when pumping. It took probably 200 pumps to prime the pump. So it may be worth your while to suck/siphon the soap up as other people have mentioned. Once it was primed it works great and gives a generous amount of soap in a single pump.

Works great
After installation, which was very straightforward, they pumped an appropriate amount of soap. The longer than usual arms provided excellent clearance from counter to sink. Very reasonable price. UPDATE, 9/16/2025: One of the dispensers stopped drawing soap, which was resolvable via their very thorough support page. All soap dispensers can build up soap deposits when not used for prolonged periods ,eg. while traveling overseas etc. The support page also recommends diluting the soap reservoir, which reduces the possibility of clogging, and obviously saves $.

Soap dispenser for Kitchen Sink
This soap dispenser is wonderful! It looks very nice aesthetically but works even better. The dispenser was easy to install and only took about 10 minutes max. It is sturdy and I see it lasting for a long time. I even like it better than the original soap dispenser that came with our faucet. If you need ne, I suggest you get this one.

Sometimes cheaper is also better
Rare time I didn't go with Delta because I expect the bronze on this "cheap" product to last longer and cheaper means I can feel comfortable about replacing - no matter how well you clean, new looks better. And it was even easier to install. Win-win. I got the long tubes and while I had to pump what seemed like a million times, works great without adding water. I bought two, one for hand soap and one for detergent.

Game changer it's a perfect way to avoid filling that little bottle all the time
If there's one thing I hate about sync mounted soap dispensers it's having to pour soap into that hole where the pump goes because inevitably you're going to overfill it it's going to spill out all over the side of the pump hole and get soap all over the place. Besides wasting soap it's just a real pain to rinse all that stuff off. This eliminates that by allowing you to just drop the hose right into the bottle of dish soap. We buy the big Costco bottles of Palmolive soap and this has been a game changer. Now I can go one and a half to two months before I have to pull the old bottle out slap a new bottle in. The pump is strong it could be a little stronger also the thickness of the plastic tubing should be bigger and more rigid. But I like the anti siphon device that keeps the soap from siphoning back into the bottle and making it where the pump loses suction that is awesome.

Remote big bottle failure
Instalation was the typical pain in the lower back. I opted to try the long hose with a large bottle of hand soap first, hooked the hose up per the directions with the arrow pointing upwards, i pumped it 500 times and managed to only get soap half way up the hose. I wrote that off and quickly decided on the 18oz bottle option. Changed hoses and attatced the small bottle and filled with soap. 6 or 8 pumps and all good. I should have listened to the other reviewers. This product is a very poor value concidering 50% of the product does not function. There are plenty of 18oz pumps available on amazon for way less money. Keep looking and pass on this one.

The liquid soap doesn't pump well, many times it doesn't come out.
I like the pump itself, but I believe the problem is in the pipe, it is too soft or thin...and the soap supply is very weak or, most times, no soap comes out. I am disappointed

This product is very bad quality
We didn’t use it for long and this what happened to it breaks and looks horrible. Very disappointed. Seller should take them Down and don’t sell this garbage product.

Lasted about 1 1/2 years.
Handy while working. I never had to refill the tiny bottles. But after 1 1/2 years, it stopped working. Tried to reprime it, but that lasted a day. I suspect a seal has gone and the vacuum no longer stays.
