PME Plunger Cutters, Star, 3-Pack

I ordered these stars after I was unable to find anything even close to being similar at Michaels, Hobby Lobby, and the local cake decorating supply stores. The stars are a very small size. The largest star is no bigger than the size of a dime and the smallest is about the size of a star shaped sprinkle. The plungers themselves were good quality and worked really well. Pushing the plunger popped the stars out easily, and I was using a fairly thick gum paste. They worked equally well when I tried them on fondant. I highly recommend these if you are needing very small star decorations.

After reading some reviews about how tiny the plungers were, I decided to give it try because I wanted very small stars. It worked out perfectly fine for me. I was afraid i wouldn't find them that small.

Great product! There are different sizes of stars and they are so easy to use.

These were great sizes for what I needed (used them to cut out 50 stars for 4th of July 7-layer flag dip from soft cheese). At first the cheese seemed to stick to the mold and I had a little difficulty getting the stars out without warping the shape, but I think it is because I let the cheese get a bit too soft. Also, once I got used to them (by start #10), I was a pro and learned that if you just give them a little force when you "pop" them out, it works perfectly. Great value. I will definitely be using these again.

Small, not what I expected.

These worked perfectly for my cake project! I used them on modeling chocolate. They made crisp lines and were so easy to pop out. They are very small, so make sure that's the look you're going for before you guy.

I'm a self-proclaimed cake artist ... been so for the last four yrs. how did I go this long without these stars?!? A must for serious cakes & cookie makers !

I received this set of cutters as a Christmas gift. The cutters are great except this vendor's set had two cutters of one size and one cutter of the smallest size. The description clearly states that the set includes three different sizes so I sent them back. Without making it a long story, I'll just say that it was a hassle to go through the return process - including a 1 hour and 6 minute chat with an Amazon representative who kept giving me erroneous information and in the end, didn't resolve my issue. Once my item was received by Amazon, I got my credit pretty quickly and have reordered the cutters. I just hope the vendor checks the set before shipping it out so that this time I receive the set of cutters as described (3 sizes).

Se ven de muy buena calidad, pero para mi gusto algo pequeñas, parace que no corresponde con las medidas descritas. Igual me serán muy útiles para decorar mis pasteles.

These little star cutters are sweet ,a bit smaller then I expected ,but easy to use and very clean cut lines. I love the fact they are plungers ,so easy to dispatch the stars once cut . Yes I would recomend them for adults and children to use . Safe and durable in use .

Pratiques et efficaces. Les étoiles sont jolie et de petite taille. Bouton poussoir qui permet de bien les décoller. Je recommande ce produit.
