The best chocolates ever
Best chocolates ever. So smooth on the inside and so indulgent. As slight little crunch with the little Malteser bits inside. This box was huge and went down well with a very fed up friend of mine. Much better value than you get in supermarkets.

商品誤発送及び賞味期限の問題
知人からのおすそ分けで食したことがあり非常に美味しかったので、少々高いと思いながらもバレンタインのプレゼント用に購入。 注文後しばらくして商品が届きましたが、Trufflesでは無くTeasersが届きました。（添付画像参照） その旨を販売者に連絡したところ、50％返金でいかがですかと返答が来たため、注文した商品をしっかり送ってくださいとお願いしました。 了承という事でその後無事Trufflesが届きましたが、賞味期限が届いてから2週間少ししか無いギリギリの商品でした。 バレンタインデー用の購入と伝えていなかったとはいえ、流石に到着から２週間少ししか無い賞味期限の商品を送るというのはどうなのだろうと感じました。 現在販売者にはその旨を問い合わせ、どのような反応が返ってくるかを待っているところです。 2020/02 追記 販売者より返答が返ってきたため追記します。 「12月に購入した場合、申し訳ありませんが、これらのアイテムにはこの種の有効期限があります。」 …との事でしたが、12月の注文は賞味期限が近いものになってしまうのか、それともそもそも大体2ヶ月ぐらいの賞味期限しか無いチョコレートなのかは不明です。 結果的に、早めに注文をしていたため予定日までに希望のチョコは届き、追加で1つチョコをゲット出来たという状況になりました。 味はとても美味しく、購入出来るお店が少ないため、注文や商品管理をしっかりしていただけたら良いと思います。 ★1から★2に変更しました。

Not Fresh
I received my package on December 30, 2024 for a product that expires on January 6, 2025. Not eligible for a return. The chocolates, which I have purchased before from a British Export company, are delish, however.
