I didn’t realize this was plastic when ordering, thought it was silicone- my bad. It’s good, though it got a bit discolored, maybe from tomatoes or beetroot. Overall fine, easy to wash in the dishwasher, and does its job. Good quality.

semi-rigid dough scraper, if you like a little give in your scraper, this is a good one
I use this for pasta dough prep and like it for that purpose. Cleaning is easy but use with care as it is quite soft. Keep away from hot surfaces as it will readily melt.

I've used professional metal scrapers for years, and I can confidently say that this works just as well, and for a lot less money. The flexibility makes it great for working with dough, and also for cleaning off my countertop without scratching it up like a metal scraper would. There's no reason to spend a penny more for a dough scraper, believe me. This is all you need.
