Cruelty-Free: likely NO. A product must claim 'cruelty-free' if it is such, meaning the formula has been tested by a third party verifier like Leaping Bunny. Ingredients in this nail polish remover (Glycerin and D&C Violet #2) can be derived from animal sources and do not have to disclose as much on the label.

There is no soy or gluten. I love this product, and just ordered another bottle.

Zoya polish stain won’t come off, even with this remover. What am I doing wrong?

Oh no!!! I use the product to remove a base coat, polish, and gel like top coat/sealer. I don’t use a stain. Perhaps the stain product is like those black permanent markers that somehow seem to wind up on fingers and hands. Have you tried mineral spirits? Good luck!
