It was a good fit for the dock hardware and easy to install

My floating dock was getting very wobbly. The builder installed a jerry rigged connection. I bought a pair of these, ( part of the jerry rig included the male parts) and they solved the problem. They are high quality, and should last longer than I will. You don't need the pins. Just install 1/2" nuts and bolts. Just align them so the male ears both contact the OUTSIDE ears of the females. ~~|! |~~. ~~| !|~~. Like this.

Lost my dock to Mother Nature this winter. Wanted to build one that would last. These corner pieces were definitely a step in that direction. These mount on the inside, so you do not see them. Very heavy, galvanized. Sure to last.

Should last way longer than my dock! The steel is 1/4 in thick and heavily galvanized. Four of these have been in use for several months with metal connecting rods and show no wear. I would definitely recommend this item and will buy some more when needed.

Previous owner build a floating dock and ramp. He did a bad job and didn't use proper hardware. I needed to redo all hardware on the dock, and this pin is a good price and works just fine. Its a piece of metal. Hard to screw it up.

These things are heavy enough to sink your dock if you aren't careful - i.e. very heavy duty

After a few decades, it was time to do a little maintenance on the dock. These worked great. Very heavy and solid.

Hard to screw this up. Welds look good. Everything lined up. Perfect for a ramp connection! Build your dock correctly the first time with these.
