I have a concrete pool w/fiberglass sides (Poorly) painted w/acrylic last time. Can I use this over a thin coat of acrylic w/ ++concrete showing thru?

We were restoring a pool that had not been maintained in a few years and covering layers of I am not even sure what, after we pressure washed off as much as possible and this paint covered and bonded to the surface very well. It has been a year now since we painted and it is still performing well.

All we painted was the diving board which didn't even put a dent in it. No idea how much wall space it will cover but we love the color👍

Can I use this on my fiberglass stairs in the pool

probably, this stuff is the only paint I know of that sticks to galvanized metal, scratch a test spot and try it out, give it a few days to cure, then see if it comes off. It has a very high VOC, wear a respirator, or you might get sick from fumes

Is it waterproof? What is the life expectancy?

waterproof yes. I used it on a concrete fountain several months and looks fine.
