Great product! Excellent bag

This is a high quality item that, if you shoot from a bench and a forward rest will really help steady your rifle. It works well shooting a pistol, aswell.

This is a good bag. The quality of the leather and stitching is good. My only problem with it is there fill it with way to much sand. I rear rest should be malleable. Almost to the point of being able to mold it. With this bag being so over stuffed with sand. The bag is very hard. I initially gave this shooting rest 4 stars for the reason that it was overfilled with sand making it way to hard. Yesterday I noticed the flaps tucked inside the leather that can be pulled out to fill or empty some of the sand. There is one flap for the base, and one flap for each ear. I was able to empty some of the sand out making the bag perfectly malleable. I thought this was a great quality bag from the beginning, even though it was over filled. Having the option to empty and fill it just takes the bag over the top for me. So I had to change my review to 5 stars. Wish I could give it more stars. Its fantastic

Good design, excellent leather, filled perfectly, good weight, good support. Super fast delivery. Just what I wanted and hoped for. What more could a buyer ask for? I will use it for shooting, working on guitars, woodworking, and other activities. It's very versatile and not just for guns.

As others have commented, the product description says that it "Comes filled with sand and ready to use." Nothing could be farther from the truth. Now I have to go buy some sand. I tried filling it with rice like other supports I have, but the opening for filling is too small for rice. I think it will be worth my time to get the sand. This is by far the best rear rifle support I've ever seen. I am eager to try it at the range.

This is super well made if you like bench rest shooting. However, it is also amazing if you are a guitar tech. It's the right height for guitar necks, and due to its weight, it holds the instrument without slipping. Thus, I now have two of them.
