The essential companion to the Trail Guide textbook, this workbook asks students to apply the material by answering questions in a variety of formats including fill-in-the-blanks, drawings to color, illustrations and matching exercises. Great for self-testing, homework and preparing for national exams. The Student Workbook helps students stay on track and keep pace with the class. 230 pages and more than 500 illustrations. Review: Great undergraduate anatomy workbook - Excellent workbook for [undergraduate] Anatomy students, so I gave it 5 stars. I purchased it to help me study for a doctoral-level physical therapy anatomy course, and it did not have nearly enough anatomical structures to help me at all, so it was completely useless for me. I already knew all of the structures, but a few of the study questions were helpful. I will probably give this to a PT aide or student in the future who has yet to take anatomy. So just know that if you are in a doctoral-level anatomy course, this will probably not help you to study and I wouldn't waste the money if I were you, but if you are in an undergraduate anatomy course, this would be an EXCELLENT workbook to help you study. I wish I would have known about this book when I went through Anatomy as an undergrad. Review: Can't Go Wrong - Grrreat Book! Easy to navigate, great drawings that allow a new student or seasoned professional to gain quick and vivable information. It shows muscles in relation to other muscles, how insertion points effect muscles et al. As a nursing student, I found it tremendously helpful to integrate so much new knowledge.

Love!
This work book is amazing! You can color in certain muscles to help differentiate them. This in pair with the Trail guide to the Body book, really helped me learn my anatomy for my Athletic Training program. I highly recommend this work book with the other book to learn anatomy!

love this workbook
love this workbook. you can color it but I use it mostly to label since I already have an anatomy coloring book. I use both together to reference the body's muscle's and joint labeling. It really does help keep me up with massage therapy work and the body itself, and even has me learning some new things I didn't learn while in massage therapy school!

which I really like as the book will lie flat and the pages ...
I bought this Trail Guide workbook to go along with the text book. So far, I am loving both! The workbook (as is the textbook) is in spiral format, which I really like as the book will lie flat and the pages stay where they are placed. It follows along with the text as far as the contents go. There are lots of illustrations, fill in the blank, label the parts, and 'describe the action' type activities. The answers are provided in the back of the book. My plan is to really learn the material though, so I won't look at the answers until the exercise is complete! The price tag of $24.95 seems at first glance, a little steep for a workbook, but it really isn't. There is a ton of helpful information that coordinates with the text, in this workbook. I highly recommend both books.

Excellent
I've bought this in advance of starting my Physiotherapy Degree as it is on the reading list. I actually thought this was a text book not a workbook, however it is of high standard and clearly written with diagrams to test your knowledge. Would recommend you but the text book along with this to learn each section then test your knowledge.

Awesome book
This book is brilliant for students who are studying Sports Rehab. Allows easy trails to finding bony land marks, locating muscles and blood supply. Highly recommend this book I would be lost without it.
