My Lhasa Apso LOVES her Hedgie. It goes everywhere she goes. We lost him at one point and had to bring in backup hedgies, so now we have 2 in use and one in reserve. They have even been through the washer and dryer and they come out great.

Our dogs love their hedge hogs and so we got one for the grand dog...he loves his too. Our hedge hogs are over a year old and when one of our dogs, both large breed, can't find theirs we have a pulling contest. If hundred plus pound dogs can't pull them apart they are durable. The last two hedge hogs we got them lasted almost three years before I had to make a couple small repairs. Eventually it was time so they got new ones for Christmas 1919. I seriously don't know what it is about these toys but our dogs will pick them out of their box of toys and stuffed critters and carry them around. Will buy again when needed.

Our Newfoundland loves her baby...or so she seems to believe these hedgies are. It's unreal how attached she gets to it. Resting her head or paw on it right away. Durability wise it would hold up, if she didn't slowly try to remove the squeaker from it, via the leg or nose. But all in all it's a great toy!

I’m thrilled with this toy. I have a wolfdog and he loves squeaky toys but always punctures the squeaker and then he rips the toy open and unstuffs it looking to see why it won’t work. This has a really nice squeaker and you can tell it’s heavy duty compared to other squeaker toys he’s had. Thank you so much I want more

I've bought large several times and EVERY single time the durability of the "puncture" proof squeaker doesn't last more then 5 minutes and there is no crinkle. Not from my mastiff but my boxer mix. Both my dogs REALLLY love them, but ! The body is still in tact, there are no holes but manage to silence senior Hedgehog within moments... every single one. The 1st one I purchased in December 2020 had a "defective" squeaker.. I noticed this most recent purchase were somewhat smaller for the large and had 1 kind of squeaker not two like before. Overall stitching/material durability is better then others (same toys seemed of better quality in December 2020) In my opinion, after many purchases.. Either don't waste your money or expect your pup to most likely silence the hedgehog in a matter of minutes.. always supervise them while they play with these.

My 2 year old lab lovves this bear!!! Loves the squeaker the most but loves to play tug of war with it too! This is our second one in a year.

My 50 lbs. dog is not what I would call an aggressive chewer. His toys tend to last a bit before needing to be thrown out but this toy didn't last 24 hours before it started coming apart at the seams. I bought a cheaper toy (2 for the price of this 1) that has managed to last almost 2 months now & still going with only minor tears. Meanwhile, this bear was fully missing limbs within a day and a half. I won't be buying this again.

Mr. Hedgehog is a survivor. His squeaker is still going strong. Other than our Pearl chewing off a bit of the fur, she hasn't been able to damage this toy. It ranks toward the top of her three favorites between Mr. Gecko and Mr. Rabbit (all TenderTuff toys).

I keep this one in my car for my crazy puppy. It is not chewed on or pulled on as much. Quality does seem fairly strong. Cute and colourful product too.
