Comments from the Judges: A pretty, clear oeil de perdrix shade and honeyed, with raspberry notes on the nose. Delightful on the palate, with soft and pleasing complexity. Extraordinary length here, too, with all the noted elements persisting. Really clever. The aroma is full of apples and berries - clearly fruity and fresh inviting us in to taste. The apple, berries, acetic and sweet layers of flavour are perfectly balanced. Wonderfully fragrant and would add layers to any dish or drink - so versatile.
