Since they of primarily consit semiconductor ceramic plates and have no moving parts sandwiched between material. It must be used in conjunction with a hypothesis devices heat sink to avoid burned. Features: It heats one side while simultaneously cooling on the other. You can use multiple ones in series or parallel. You may glue (use thermal glue) it right on to the chip or whatever you want. You can reverse the polarity and thus switch which side gets cold and which gets hot. Coated with silicone grease on both sides of the thermoelectric cooler. Place the thermoelectric cooler on a heat sink with a potholder in the middle. Tighten the screws. Powered, and it starts cooling. Please Note: Word side is Cool side; Blank side is Heat side. When installing, please pay attention to clean and flat surfaces. Use only with the use of thermal grease. Only in combination with a sufficiently dimensioned heat sink. Heat side requires heat sink all the time.
