Is helping improve my sleep quality with my cpap machine. Would highly recommend for mouth breathers like myself.

It works.
I purchased this while trying options for my CPAP. I went with a full mask so I ended up not using it but to try it out. It works to keep your mouth shut while you sleep so your partner doesn't rib you in the middle of the night because of the sound you are making.

Not Any Good
This chinstrap is not any good. Does not stay on head immediately after putting it on. Waste on your money. Had to give it one star before I could get out of the screen.

Very uncomfortable to wear, gave me a rash underneath my chin and left deep crevices on the side of my cheeks that last of hours.

Most comfortable one of the lot
Went through 3 different chin straps and wished I'd tried this one first. Most comfortable one of the lot. Soft fabric around chin makes a big difference. Don't worry about the tacky head photo, only one strap and does not cover ears.
