Fantastic air scrubber and EXCEPTIONAL customer support. We bought this unit to help keep the dust down during our full house gut and remodel. It performed wonderfully but had a little issue with the switch after a few months. It was really getting used and abused in our jobsite so it's possible something came loose. I reached out to Alorair customer support and we had attentive and forthcoming customer support immediately. They covered everything under warranty and the machine was back in action a week or so later. They are fantastic company that stands behind their products and for that I am grateful. There's plenty of scrubbers out there (we own 2 others) but we'll be using Alorair going forward based on how helpful they were with our issue. Great machine, great CS, five stars in my book.

We had a mold abatement project in one room in our office. We put 2 of these in and they definitely cleaned the air. We are having carpet installed and I know these will work great keeping the glue smell down. They are a little bit noisy but worth the noise to know the air will be cleaned.

I own a construction company and we use this product on some of our projects. We had this unit stop working (did not turn on) and even though it was over one-year-old ,the customer service department at AlorAir was very quick to help diagnose the issue (bad board) and ship a replacement free of charge! They even provided a step-by-step video on how to replace the board. There are not a lot of options out there for a compact HEPA negative air machine and this is a great choice. The only reason why I did not give this item all 5-stars is because it did have an issue after not a lot of use --but I blame it on COVID-19 supply-chain issues. We have two of these units and only one had an issue thus far (both are now two or three years old). Highly receommend!

This moves a ton of air. Seems durable. I feel that it's overpriced for what it is though. It is loud on the highest setting. Also it is Way bigger than I was expecting which is difficult for tight working areas such as bathroom remodeling etc.

The first unit I received was missing the pre filter and the knobs that hold the pre filter in place. I used the unit for a few hours and then it stopped working. I contacted customer service and they agreed To send me a new unit. After using the new unit for a few days, its awesome. It moves some serious air and its pretty quiet too. Customer service is great for this company as well. I would buy another.

It can defiantly move some air and the filters seem to have a nice seal. This is industrial unit and does what it says. It can be a little loud (even on the lowest setting). I’d love to run this all the time in the basement, but wish it had a lower setting since your spending a hearty price for this unit, it could also be a regular basement air purifier.
