Operating instructions: 1. Use an electric drill to punch a workpiece to make a guide hole before using the hydraulic hole punch. 2. Swivel the pull rod into the screw of the piston cylinder, insert the rod with a ket and go through the bottom punch with the rod. 3. Insert the pull rod into the guide hole and turn the top cutting stamp through the rod to firmly connect the upper cutting tool, workpiece and lower cutting tool. 4. Close the overflow valve clockwise and then press the hand lever down repeatedly so that the piston pump works. When the oil pressure rises and the shear force is in between. As the cutting stamp increases, the stamp starts to punch to the end. After punching, the hand lever must be stopped immediately. 5. Loosen the overflow valve counterclockwise to reduce the oil pressure. 6. After punching, the punch set should be removed for thorough cleaning.
