Product description ------------------- Transform your home made or shop bought cakes with our custom made toppers. They are simple to use, edible and look great. All of our edible inks conform to EU regulations. WHAT IS RICE PAPER? Simply put wafer paper is delicate, edible paper, typically starch (or rice) based which is safe for consumption and it imparts little flavour to the cake. Wafer paper is stiff, slightly translucent and 'pock' marked but it is fine on light backgrounds and if you don't need an image with high quality clarity. They are very popular as they are cheap and easy to use. If you need something with sharper and more vibrant images, then you should probably opt for the higher quality iced sheets (this design is also available in our shop as an iced item). A NOTE ABOUT POSTAGE Your topper will be sent in a boarded envelope and we to dispatch it via Royal Mail within 24 hours by 1st class post. Please ensure you order in plenty of time. Royal Mail do not guarantee items unless you opt for Special Delivery. In the unlikely event that Royal Mail do lose your item, they will not class it as lost for 15 days. International Shipping is available but by import tax must be paid by the customer HOW TO APPLY THE TOPPERS * Ensure your hands are dry, remove topper from sealed bag and using sharp scissors cut along the black lines (if you haven't purchased a precut topper). * The topper can be placed straight onto your baked goods. * As wafer is quite transluscent, it is advisable to put them onto a light coloured/white icing or buttercream. * Too much moisture will cause the topper to collapse, become soggy and for the ink to run. Ensure your icing or buttercream is almost dry before applying the topper. Ingredients ----------- Wafer Paper : potato starch, water, olive oil. Inks : water, preservatives, food colors, regulator.
