Easy to use
These are easy to use - helped with my post-surgery recovery

Great for physical therapy
I bought a bunch of these in various sizes after I got a knee replacement. They are just like the ones I am using in physical therapy. As I get stronger, I am buying heavier sizes.

Good for PT
After my husband's stroke, the physical therapist had him using leg weights to build some strength back in his affected leg. The weights at the PT office looked just like these, worked the same with the velcro strap. No problem strapping them on him, but a person with a smaller ankle/calve might find the weight hard to keep on and not slip around. Still, I believe these weights are well-made and good quality for the price. No leakage so far either.

Wrist weight
The product came in record time, the quality is good, and I'm sure it will last a long time. I was surprised when I received it because there was only one. I guess I thought since it's a wrist cuff they would send two.

So happy I could order just one
I use a 3# weight on my right leg for some PT exercises. I realized I should be doing the same exercises with my left leg too. But because I have a lot of arthritis in my left knee the 3# weight was just too uncomfortable. So I ordered this 1# weight to use with my left leg & was delighted I could order just 1 of them. I'm very happy with it.

Poor Design
Need another Velcro patch, as the strap is too long. Had to cut off part of the strap so it wasn’t in the way. The material is slick and weights just doin’t fit snuggly around the ankle.
