Description said "Naturally decaffeinated" but I do not see it on the package?

I didn't either but being a person who works in catering I can tell you no coffee or tea is 100 percent free of caffeine whether its naturally or some other process used to decaffeinate.  You may want to go to the Folgers customer service page

Is the ethyl acetate process used in this coffee safe for consumption? How much of this chemical is left in the coffee?

This is an excellent question! Please know that we would never use any harmful substances in any Folgers product because we genuinely care about the quality of our products and the well-being of our consumers. The ethyl acetate used in our decaffeination process is FDA-approved as it is structurally the same as naturally occurring ethyl acetate found in fruits like apples, bananas, and pineapples. A trace amount of ethyl acetate may remain in the coffee beans after the decaffeination process is complete. However, more than 500 cups of decaffeinated coffee would need to be consumed to equal the amount of ethyl acetate present in one very ripe banana.
