Product Description ------------------- Originally a gentleman’s accompaniment to cold cuts such as venison, ham etc. Traditionally served cold. These days, this spiced redcurrant sauce is enjoyed with all sorts of foods, pate being a favourite. We do have an enterprising customer who makes pate beignets and serves our Cumberland sauce with these – really delicious. Ingredients ----------- sugar, redcurrant juice (from concentrate) 22%, onions, orange juice (from concentrate), red wine vinegar (SULPHITES), bitter oranges, ruby port 3% (SULPHITES), lemon juice (SULPHITES), gelling agent: fruit pectin, spices, MUSTARD powder, regulator: citric , salt Directions ---------- Please check the ingredients and dietary information on the jar label before consuming.
