Wood glue Pro 30 D is a ready-to-use, quick-setting unfilled dispersion adhesive with increased water resistance. Product features: - High water resistance (D3). - Transparent drying. - Highly adhesive. - Quick setting. - Solvent-free. Uses: - Among D3 bondings are indoor applications with frequent, short-term exposure to draining water or condensation and/or a long-term effect of high humidity.Outdoor bondings are for protection from the weather. - Gluing of wood, suitable for wood, chipboards, veneer panels etc. - Gluing of oak and exotic timber varieties. - Construction bonding etc.Countersunk bolts, dovetails. - Gluing of decorative finish films and HPL/CPL on chipboard, MDF and triplex. Application: Installation method:Cut bottle nozzles suitably to size and process straight from the bottle, or apply using a brush or glue spatula on one side of one adherent, thinly and evenly.The open time, and the setting time are subject to humidity, temperature, absorbency of the adherents and layer thickness of the glue.Good results are achieved with:relative air humidity of:60 - 70; wood moisture:8 - 10%; material, glue and ambient temperature:18 - 20°C. Join elements togetherunder the above-mentioned conditions within 15 minutes and press together evenly and firmly. Minimum pressing time: block andboard joint bonding 10 to 15 minutes; installation bonding 8 - 15 minutes; surface bonding of HPL/CPL in high-speed presses at 70°C >45 seconds. Cleaning: with water before curing - thereafter only mechanically removable repair possible: with wood glue Pro 30 D. Box contents: 3 x 750 ml bottles.
