Will this extractor blade come with a gasket? will it work in my nutribullet rx model nb-301? currently my extractor blade is model# nb-ba029-23??

It does come with a gasket. Nutribullet specifically urges people to never remove the gasket, and this item comes with a brush to keep it clean. It *should* fit all RX models (from what I have read). It fits my RX which is several years old at this point.
