Provides users with the fastest, and easiest connection of barbed fittings to 1/2" Drip irrigation tubing. Firmly locks fittings in place so maximum leverage is applied for a quick, easy, leak-tight connection. Flaring component on side of tool can be used to widen tube openings for smoothest and easiest possible fitting insertion. Ergonomically-shaped tool fits comfortably in hand and is constructed of a durable heavy-gauge plastic. For use with all Rain Bird 1/2" barbed couplings, elbows and tees. Highly visible purple color allows tool to be easily seen in grass, soil, bark, mulch etc. ***Usage tip: To make it even more effective, rock the insertion tool slightly from side to side as you apply pressure.
