Other than the price being more than I expected for a replacement, everything else was perfect with this purchase. The quality, ease of assembly, fit, heat transfer, was all perfect. Well worth the money at the end of the day

Nice quality and look
Nice quality and look. Purchased it to go inside the firepit cut out. Not exactly 24 x 24. Had to cut one of the aluminum corners with a cut off wheel to shorten one corner. If your installation goes on top of the table then no problem. I'm happy with the purchase even with the modification.

Missing screws and poor quality
It is poor quality, it is already chipped before using it. Package has missing parts and it does not have any anti-slipping foot like other wind protectors. Terrible customer service, emailed and called and they said that they do not know about Amazon orders !!! While I bought from Amazon and the phone number was from the automatic email that I got when I communicate through Amazon website.

It came missing screws
It is a nice product, but one of the brackets came without screws, so it isn't going to be particularly sturdy.
