Table Talk 4" Apple Snack Pie Review: Delicious and not too much sugar - TBH, I bought this in error when I wanted the sugar-free (well... technically no sugar added) version. Since I bought it, I ate it. To my surprise the added amount of sugar was modest and it tasted about the same as the no added sugar version, just slightly sweeter. I recommend the no sugar added versions of these wonderful little pies. However, if you are young and healthy and don't need to watch your sugar intake closely... this is a good treat. Personally, I find the no sugar added ones healthier and they taste so good. I love the individual size of these desserts, it is great to prevent overeating -you just have one a day max as a treat and stop. If I had an actual whole pie in my fridge, it'd be problematic to stop at the right portion. : ) The only downside to these treats are that they have a ton of fat, so there is that aspect to be considered. I think eating no more than one in a day 2-3 times a week is a reasonable treat if you aren't eating other desserts. Review: Good flavor for the nutrition content; thaw then bake at 300 deg for 10 minutes - you're welcome - Update, 4 pies later - The crust becomes more firm and flaky when baked! I baked mine at 300 degrees for 10 minutes and it was great. Must thaw to room temperature before baking. The pie held together well enough for me to pick it up and hold in one hand without it falling apart. Bite after delicious bite that pie remained in one ever-shrinking piece. A fast-food chicken sandwich was the culinary highlight for me in 2019. For 2020 the award (so far) goes to this relatively healthy yet tasty 4" apple pie that I can get delivered. Cake for my upcoming birthday? Nope. It'll be two of these apple pies just for me, thank you. Highly recommended to try. -- -- (Original review) This tastes fairly good. It is not the best apple pie but it hits the spot and only has about 12 grams of sugar, not too much saturated fat and only 300 calories. Of course other apple pies of the same size might taste better but have twice the sugar, fat and calories. The crust is somewhat flaky with a good consistency. I haven't tried to heat this in oven which might make the crust even flakier. I warmed this in the microwave on low for a minute or two and it was a good treat.

A tasty treat
My daughter, who is an excellent cook, was convinced that this little pie was not going to taste good. I warmed it my toaster oven for a minute or two, then totally enjoyed it—without ice cream on top. It’s a tasty treat that’s just the right size, because I would eat way too much of larger pie. Next time, I plan to buy two: one for me and the second for my daughter to try.

Mini apple pie
When I bought this item, was kinda excited. When I received the Apple pies did exceeded my expectations. All ingredients were in the perfection, not too sweet, just perfect. The filling was just perfect, almost as homemade

the fake sugar spoils them
they're so well made and i love the variety of pies. i almost spit out my first bite though. i can't do very sweet desserts but any kind of artificial sugar makes me cringe. these would be absolutely perfect pies if they just left out the gross sweetener.

Good Small Pie, Store At Room Temperature
First, let me say that I love these pies, but if you're looking for a big pie, look elsewhere. This pie is 4 inches in diameter by about 3/4 of an inch high, weighs 4 ounces and contains 300 calories. The pie has just the right amount of sweetness and a decent crust. It should be stored at *room temperature*, according to the packaging, although mine arrive frozen from Amazon Fresh. I've experimented with different ways of heating it. A few minutes in an oven set to 250 °F seems to work well. You can also microwave it, but the crust suffers from the process. If it's frozen, attempting to reheat it in the oven will result in a hard, overcooked crust. Defrost it fully, first.
