Skechers Women's GO WALK OG Pant

I have ordered this product twice as I was very pleased with the first pair. These are my "go-to" work out pants and run-around-town pants. Very comfortable, well-made and the fit is extremely flattering. I ordered the tall version and the inseam is long enough to completely cover my ankle and top of shoe, which I really like. There are 2 front/side pockets for phones or keys and two back pockets. A great purchase and a product that I wear all of the time.

I bought these for an upcoming trip. I normally wear a medium. I’m 5’4” 123 lbs but carry my weight in the waist area. I originally purchased a medium but felt the waist was too tight and on a long plane ride might dig in and be uncomfortable. Based on other reviews I exchanged for a large. I don’t like anything tight in the waist and the large is very comfortable. The length is perfect for me as I like my pants a little on the long side.(covering the tops of my shoes.). They are not form fitting like yoga pants but also not baggy. They can be dressed up if going out with a nice top and dress shoes or for running errands and outdoors exercise.The fabric is medium weight. Feels substantial but not heavy. I love that they have a sun protection and are moisture wicking. I haven’t washed them yet but don’t expect any surprises. They seem well made. No loose threads, seams straight. They appear as if they will hold up to multiple washes.I would say they are true to size. I just wanted something a little looser for a plane ride. If my main focus was for exercise or running errands I would have kept the mediums.Overall a very well made pant.

I complimented a friend on her great travel outfit recently and she directed me to these pants, which are part of her look for cruises that include lots of walking. They're great for flights too; they're comfy and stretchy but a big step up in appearance from sweatpants. I ordered up one size from my usual on her recommendation and she was right: I didn't want skin-tight, just sleek and flattering. Black is all-purpose, but they come in other colors too.

I love these comfortable, durable pants and have been wearing the Large Regular for years and just purchased a new pair. These are even longer than previous versions, so I tried the Petite Large rather than altering the length. Unfortunately, the Petite Large size is much MUCH smaller all over, in waist, hips, rise and leg (width) tightness than the Regular Large, not just shorter. Actually, the length was good, but overall the Petite pants felt one or two sizes too small compared to the Regular pants. Returning, but might try the next size up in Petite.

Finally a good quality pair of comfortable pants long enough for me. Material is soft and stretchy but they don’t look slouchy. Nice pockets on the front and back. Front pockets are actually usable. Good work out pants but can easily pass for regular everyday Wear. Good price compared to others I purchased in that style

Update (5/29/2026) - I just bought another pair of these since they are a staple of my wardrobe for casual and more dressed up attire. Well the pants have changed. I don't know if these are real Sketcher's Go Walk Mid Rise Pants or not. But the new ones I just bought, the material is thinner, not as good of quality and they are tighter in the waist. And not tighter because they are new, but they don't give as much as the older ones due to a difference in material. I am going to order the same exact thing from the Sketcher's website and see if the material truly has changed or if these may not be true Sketcher's Go Walk Mid Rise Pants. Due to this, my original stars was 5 and now I am changing them to 3. If they pants from Sketcher's are different than I will adjust my review. Just a warning for those who may have purchased in 2024 that they now seem different.(2024 review) - I'm 5'1", 120 lbs and in my late 50s. I ordered a Petite Medium. The reason for a medium is due to my belly which makes me look and feel like I'm 5 months pregnant. The Petite Medium is perfect for me. Has enough give for my belly whether I'm standing or sitting and yet doesn't end up sliding down to my knees after wearing them for the day. The thickness is great since it's not one of those very thin pants/leggings that make you feel like every part of you will be seen through the pants. And yet not so thick that they are heavy. I can see how for some people, the length even for a petite might be a bit long. With tennis shoes they never show my ankles and also don't drag on the ground. But if I do wear shoes like Crocs they will drag a bit on the ground at the heel. My legs tend to be the longer part of my body. For some styles petites can be too short for me, but these fit my length well. Pockets are the one factor that could be bad for some people that have large phones. Luckily I have an iPhone 12 mini and it fits without hanging out on the side pockets. There is still room for a wider phone, but if someone had a longer phone I'm sure it would hang out the top of the side pockets.
