Ion Sensitive Scalp Developer 30 Volume 4oz.

I exclusively use this developer, because when I go blonde, I'm going for a 90s grunge sorta look. This is too high of a volume if you're going for a healthy blonde look. If you want to go blonde with healthy hair, Ion 10 and 20 are both good, but will be slower. Just make sure you know what your doing before using any developer or bleach or anything!This developer has added ingredients to help keep your hair soft and it helps a lot!!

I have used this before and it is good quality. The hair lifted as expected when used with a copper hair dye.

Good developer doesn't cause as much damage as other products do and gives wonderful results.
